Love the different shape and extra length compared to my other paring knife. The slightly bent tip will be useful. Should get many years of use.

Robust little knife

I was wanting to complete my "Classic" line yup and needed a pairing and bread knife. My wife likes to use the pairing knives, much more than I do and been asking me to get one, for some time. Pretty robust little cutter and makes my wife happy.

Good knife, but be careful!

Beautiful knife and one possibly-weird caveat: It's so sharp, I can't safely use it for some tasks, such as peeling apples for pie. I ended up with several bloody cuts on my fingers when doing that. I'm hoping it will dull slightly over time.
