Another knife I bought for my son in law. He cooks at a country club, and needs affordable quality knives. These fit the bill. he says they feel good are nto so heavy that they wear you wout when using them. Great product!

Very Disappointed, doesn't cut through tomato skin

This knife does not live up to expectations. I used once and tried cutting a tomato and it does not cut through the skin without first poking the tomato with the tip to get started. Took another knife and it glided right through. And to top it off I ordered one for my son & daughter and I feel bad sending them a knife that's not sharp not to mention for a boning knife, the blade is thick. Not happy.
