excellent knife

I am very happy with this knife. The stainless steel construction is very strong and the blade is sharp. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The blade stays very sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain. It is the perfect size for everyday use and fits in my collection between the paring and Chefs knives.
