We love these knives!!

I’ve used the silver cap knife block set for more than ten years and just replaced the paring knife. I couldn’t make dinner without it, comfortable to hold, easy to clean and it slices great!

Quality.

This little knife is SHARP and super quality!!! I bought a set and somehow lost this one so it’s a replacement. Just to beware it is serrated so don’t expected the same cut as a non-serrated knife. I personally prefer the serrated knives that’s why I have this whole set. The shipping to get it was super fast and this was just before Christmas. 5 stars all the way

Sticks when cutting apples

The micro-serrations really help cutting bread and other things. But the knife sticks when cutting apples, probably due to the thickness of the blade. Very disappointing because otherwise it has a nice feel.

This paring knife is very user friendly. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The blade is very durable and never needs to be sharpened. I use it for peeling and I get great results.
