Unfortunately, I cannot give a five star review. My order says that it was shipped, but I never received my package even after calling they told me I should see results or some sort of an update within 72 hours of my dispute , I have not been contacted although the package said delivered to a different city and ZIP Code than my shipping address my card was still charged

Nice set but missing Chefs Knife!

It did not have the right knives! Was missing the Chefs Knife!! Customer service was great and put in a replacement order but the next day..the replacement was cancelled because it sold out!!!

Beautiful knife set at an unbelievable price

They just arrived last night, so haven't had a chance to use them yet. But my first impression is that I made a great choice in ordering them. Henckel makes a fine knife, and these seem to be up to their high standards. Their handles have heft, the blades are razor sharp, and the set includes every type of knife I usually use. In addition, the look of the set is elegant, and the final sale price was amazing for a set of this quality
