One shoe only

Got only one shoe....called 800 number because I liked the shoe and wanted the other one....they said the shoe was out of stock....What happened to Macy's.....they said they would take it off my bill and give me an additional $20.00......still has not happened! So disappointed and probably will not shop at Macy's and I was a very good customer...very disappointed.
