Other occasion to buy:I received broken item, with no replacement

Broken

It was broken, I am trying to replace it but doesn’t work, also the price 3 times more, talk to costumer service she said will send me the replacement but nothing. Terribile costumer service , I am surprised

He loves it!

I bought this for my little grandson as we anticipate him traveling soon and when he got it, he was fascinated with it (the rolling and spinning). I can't wait to take a pic of him boarding with his new carry on!
