The coat probably would have been great if the size I ordered had been sent. I wanted XXL and small was sent. I had to return it. Even still l liked the way the coat was made, and would certainly recommend it.

Wife loves it. Size fits her perfectly. Tried many other brands in similar size was either tight or loose. Material seems to be good quality, and it's very warm for north east winters.
Pretty Coat, Very stiff, crinkly noisy
I was so excited to have finally found a nice looking coat without all the puffer sections. Very pretty, warm. The grey is a dark steel grey. I am very thin, 5'6", 103 lbs. I typically wear small or extra small in tops. Small in jackets/coats. However, even though I am very thin like the model in the photo, a size Small fit like this: the arms and shoulder/underarm area are very tight. I tried it on over a bulky pull-over sweater and could barely bend my arms! Then tried it on over a fitted pull-over sweater, and still could barely bend my arms. The part below the waist is huge and flares out--like a stiff petticoat. It does not look like on the model, even though she appears similar in size to me. The material is very stiff and crinkly-very noisy. Like some reviewers stated, it is a heavy coat, and they are not exaggerating. I did return this in-store, ordered something else, and waiting for that, hoping it's much better. Giving it 2 stars for it being nice looking and a pretty grey.
We love this coat!
I love this jacket and bought one in different colors for my two daughters. It's very warm, stylish, flattering and we receive a lot of compliments. The only negative is that the zipper is not always easy to zip, it's a little stiff. But the coat is so nice, it's worth the buy!

Worth it
I bought this in a Texas store for my trip to Seattle. I wore it each day in Seattle and the rain literally rolled right off the jacket! It takes almost NO time for it to dry and I love that I can take the hood off. The pockets are big for warm gloves etc. I bought a size small which is true to size and I was still able to layer underneath!
