No longer good tasting

The person I gave this to said all the meat and cheese in this box tasted really bad...like VERY over processed. The cheese tasted like over processed American and the meat tasted bad. She said it is definitely NOT like the good, former quality of Hickory Farms products I've gotten her in the past.

False advertising by Macy’s!

Terrible customer service - Macy’s is no longer reliable! Weeks after I ordered, Macy’s notified me by email that the item — a gift which should have already been delivered — is backordered. No problem, since they have many more food gift packages, BUT NONE OF THOSE ARE AVAILABLE, either. After nearly an hour on the phone, Only ONE out of several dozen were available, but that one had no cheese or meat (one I ordered had several of both) and was smaller. Macy’s offered NOTHING ELSE NOR COMPENSATION. This is false advertising (not until near the end does the consumer find out ALL their similar items are “UNAVAILABLE” thus huge waste of time! I’ve asked for upper management to get back to me, but now almost a week later, no one has! Last time I’m purchasing anything from Macy’s!!!
