it's a great backpack lots of space. the only thing wrong with it is that the second zipper stitching is coming undo only after two uses. had to reinforce stitching so it would not come undone.
Would definitely purchase again!
I bought this backpack for my daughter who had gone through two other backpacks this year. She loves it and it is just as durable and practical as I had expected. Plus it is super cute too!

I think it will be OK
It seems durable. We had the previous version and it did tear along the zipper at the top. This bag looks slightly smaller than the original version and I believe they shrunk it a couple of inches when I compare the dimensions of the original version High Sierra Access backpack (20.0" x 15.0" x 9.5") to this new version Access 2.0 ( 20.2" x 15.0" x 7.6"). This is disappointing since I paid more for this one and we really need all the space we can get since my son is going into high school.

Great product... Super price
Just what I wanted and way cheaper than other stores for what I wanted. Good price for shipping and got it super fast. Can't wait to use it on my European trip.

Nice pack but not great for hiking
Great capacity and storage pocket options, just not comfortable for day hikes. Shoulder straps bind.

Looks bigger in advertisement then it really is.
I use this backpack for supplies, computer, clothing, and drinks. I love the duel drink holders. They hold tall bottles well. Padding is enough for comfort and more then one computer. Padding adds structure for better carrying. Looks nice. Cons: back pack does not expand enough to use all compartments. The rain flaps covering the zippers make it hard to open and close. One of my zipper pulls broke. There should have been a seperate computer compartment. This one is part of the main compartment and has two separet zippers for the same compartment. Overall for the money I feel the capacity and quality just isnt there. Not a good business backpack. If you are looking for a good structured backpack that is stylish, comfortable, and doesn't get stuffed or used multiple times daily, then this is a good backpack for you.
