I am 5'7 in height 90KG and purchased an L size for my first try. The product fits perfectly considering I have gained a belly and wear L sized clothing now. Product does not forcefully push the belly in but smoothens it so that I can fit into my M sized clothing. Product is comfortable to wear and can go about my daily routine without restriction throught the day, in conjuction with working out and a balanced diet I hope to purchase an M sized Leo to fully feel the effects of this product.
