Looks good in the picture and it was easy to assemble but the frame was too long and there was a huge gab between the bed, frame and the wall. Kinda disappointed as I just got a new bed and now I have to start over from scratch to get a frame and headboard...

Don’t purchase
Everything could have been better. Cheaply made. We have a king sized mattress. The bed does not fit within the base of the frame. About a 4” gap between the end of the bed and the base part.. So the footboard looks like it’s too far from the end of the bed or the front..whichever way you have it positioned. We only had it a month or so and every time we turned in bed it made noise. It didn’t feel solid. We didn’t feel it would last very long. Part of the issue in my opinion, its not one solid piece on either end. I have a wrought iron bed I bought several years ago that is one solid piece on the footboard and headboard. Never had a problem with it. Also the headboard in the picture looks taller than the footboard, as most sleigh beds are. This is not. It is cheaply made..as many things it seems. This bed is expensive for what it is. And I got it on sale. Very disappointed in it. I returned it and that’s a whole other issue.
