Just the right amount of stretch. IOW, Not overly.

Love this skirt. Can be dressed up, or simply go casual. I really like the elastic waist, easy to put on. I'm 5.8" 110 lb, and purchased it in the sage plaid which is a perfect color/pattern, and went with the size medium (just a little tight) but wearable/manageable.
