broken zipper

sweater is cute after I got it home the zipper was broke could not zip up or down

The put together look of a sweater/sweatshirt

Runs a big large, had some trouble with zipper but loved the pink color and the fit once I exchanged the Medium for a Small. I normally wear a small or extra small but I like sweaters to be a little looser. The Small was perfect.
