Never received two weeks in transit

Dear Macys, I never received the Christmas gift I ordered. I can't get a refund because I can't place a return because I have no product. Your track package screen still says In-Transit - for two weeks. Can you please give me back my money or send me my product? This is being used as evidence of contacting the seller before reporting your company for fraud to my credit card company.
