Low quality

Usually purchase from a big box store where they arrive pleated with 6 inch hems at less cost. These arrived wrinkled with 2 inch hems. Fortunately, installed behind furniture so won't return.

Wrong color

The material is beautiful but the color was totally wrong. Even though the package indicated "Ivory" the curtains were yellow. This also happened the third time I ordered Ivory.
