The item that I received, and a pile of ornaments thrown randomly in a box. It was as if this was a return or someone's used ornaments they returned in a pile. Not lined up neatly or wrapped or in a compartment. If I wanted secondhand ornaments, I would go thrifting not to the Macy's website. Definitely returning.
