Came in like 2yr olds put it together. Nails sticking out, very crooked paint jib so sloppy Shame on Macys not refunding my shipping either for a junk made item I returned within a few days of receiving Macys is not a great place to shop anymore. I’ll stick to Kohls now!

Cute

Every year I buy a nutcracker from Macy’s and I chose this one for 2023. It’s my most colorful, yet not gaudy since the colors are pastel. I simply love it in my collection. It’s different!

Cheaply made

Cheaply made. The mouth did not line up. Truly disappointed. The nutcracker looks so cute in the photo.

DISAPPOINTED

Colors caught my eye & I thought my granddaughter would like it. But when I opened it.......I said nope it's going back. The mouth is crooked, big gap on right side of mouth - you can see straight through it! The bottom right leg looks a little crooked but the way the shoes and legs come together....... uh uh. The shoes & legs are not connected?! The shoes were glued to the base & then the Nutcracker legs were glued behind the shoes or vice-versa! The back of the shoes (were the legs go) are way wider than the legs. Not even close to a smooth even-look. I don't see how this has received any 5 star ratings. I do not recommend this product & wish I could attach pictures. What a huge disappointment!
