Disappointed – Missing and Broken Ornaments

I ordered nine of the Holiday Lane Ballerina Shoe Ornaments (Macy’s Exclusive), and my order arrived incomplete and damaged. Three ornaments were missing entirely, and several of the ones I did receive were broken. I was really looking forward to using these for gifts, but the poor packaging and missing items were very disappointing. I expected better quality control from Macy’s.
