Terrible quality
Received these to give to me grand babies. So disappointed in the quality. They were inconsistently painted. The glitter (where actually applied) was flaking off. The “fur” tutus were glued on crooked and inconsistent in appearance. One of them was so fluffy and crookedly glued that the fluff almost obscured the face of the mouse! Two had silver sparkle in the skirt, one did not. Immediately got sent back.

Very elegant and luxurious, made of resin 3d couple and high quality detail. I purchased for an ornament exchange and know this will be a for sure hit!

Nutcracker ornament
I received 2 of these, one for myself & one for my daughter. Unfortunately one of them has an off centered eye in which I noticed right away. I did give the good one to my daughter and will be returning the other one .
Macy’s packaged poorly; arrived broken
Arrived broken. The ornament is adorable, but it was very poorly packed by Macy’s for shipping in a box that was clearly not the original box. The ballerina’s foot was broken off her leg. It was a gift for my niece as I get her the ballerina ornament every year, but obviously I couldn’t this year and I know she was disappointed. It’s not worth the cost to ship it back as there are no Macy’s locations near her. Very disappointed in Macy’s.

It is super cute but arrived broken, very disappointed. I wish they would pack the item better. Would am i going to do with broken small pieces
