Cancelled orders by Macy's don't show up on tree

Macy's please get your act together and fix your website. I can't give reviews for items that you have cancelled. Also don't appreciate this new initiative you have making customers have to reach out to some type of fraud department. How many phone calls does one have to make to verify the same information? Frustrating to be told by this department that should be able to continue to purchase online. That is not the case. All that Macy's has done is to continue to run up charges that I have to then wait for my credit card time to have these charges fall off. You have lost a longtime customer because of this. Not the right way to prevent fraud.This department needs a re haul because treating your customers like criminals, misleading them, and then wasting customer's time constantly, is wrong. Website needs some maintenance as well. You should not ask customer's to leave reviews when the sale never was completed because Macy's chose to cancel the transactions.
