Arrived broken. ruined a christmas present. won't order this brand again.

Terrible!

I purchased this for a gift and when she opened it was all in pieces the handle was not attached the marshmallows on the top were completely off. I did not expect to buy something and have it embarrassingly broken when it was opened.

Excellent Christmas ornament

I love this Christmas ornament cause it made me think of hot chocolate with the marshmallows on top, when I saw this I got it and fell in love with it right away. Looking forward to putting this beautiful Christmas ornament on my Christmas tree this year. The woman was extremely pleasant and the service was excellent.
