Santa Claus arrived completely shattered

Santa Claus arrived completely shattered, with the entire head of the figure broken into small pieces. How could anyone think it was acceptable to pack such a fragile item in an empty box with no protection? No soft padding, no bubble wrap, no air-filled bagsā€”nothing! We waited for over a week, and now our child is extremely upset.
