Poor Pick-up Experience and Poor Quality Jewelry

The pick-up in fine jewelry was an unpleasant experience; I will not have anything shipped to Macy's again. Honestly, I doubt I will frequent Macy's after this encounter. It was a hassle to locate the pick-up counter in fine jewelry because there were no signs and no visible associates to help. After I tracked down an employee, I had to entrust her with my phone because the scanner was not situated at the counter, and it did not reach to the counter. It took her a long time to locate my order. When I opened my package at home, I discovered that the pin was obviously missing a gem. The gem was not in the bag. The pin's snowflake had been printed, not painted on, giving it a shabby look. After the hassle of picking it up, I don't want to repeat the experience to return it. At least, the pin had been on sale.

Very nicely made with cute crystal accents in all the right places.Gifted 2 of these to 2 male friends who enjoyed them. Pleased that they are well designed and a bit larger than I expected.Enamal paint is not so thick as to smooth areas meant to be bumpy.

Defective

It came in a plastic bag in a velvet bag. The clasp was missing so it didn’t hook onto the cardboard sheet. I have to take it back.
