Service problems related to computer

It is a 2nd time my $10 star backs disappear and despite very nice and attentive sales staff at the counter could not be applied to the purchase. This time even $100 gift card was a problem to use. It was only showing $10 balance. It took over 15 min to call and clarify what was going on. That is why I am not a fan of Macy's anymore

Adorable and quality waffle maker ornament
