Other occasion to buy:Items arrived damaged/dirty. Cust service said they’d send me a return label although they wanted me to pay for the shipping charges ! … they never sent the return label/contacted twice. I threw all of the damaged items away.

We’ll never shop Macy’s online again

I bought this online and was sad to see how damaged and disgusting it was when it arrived to me. I can’t even believe anybody would think it was acceptable to pack that up and ship it to somebody.. I did call customer service and they agreed to send me a return label although they wanted me to pay for the shipping back on this damaged item along with the other damaged items that I received, which I thought was absurd. Additionally, I never received the return label and tried contacting them again but to date nothing… at this point, I don’t care about the return, and I threw away all of the damaged items and will not be shopping on line at Macy’s ever again.

large beaded ball ornaments both came damaged

Both of the beaded ball ornaments were returned because they both had some of the beading falling off. Very disappointing!
