Shipped damaged product

So excited to find this ornament but the excitement was gone upon receiving it. The ornament is missing parts. There are huge crystals missing. Damaged prior to the time it was shipped from the warehouse. Why waste shipping and time on this item?

i recieved it with a missing part

I received it with a missing droplet from the chandelier. was so disappointed since it a gift for a little girl. otherwise it was pretty.
