Completely wrong item shipped not matching receipt

Ordered beautiful Angel Pin for my 92 year old Mom similar to ornaments from childhood tree. Receipt indicated Angel Pin, but received ugly Christmas large earrings where Mom does not have pierced ears. Traveling and unable to exchange in time for Christmas.
