Broken pin/broken heart cardinal lover

This beautiful cardinal pin arrived broken. I’ve returned to Macy’s and was hoping to be shipped a replacement pin or another choice. No luck. I love the cardinal message of when you see one, an Angel is near.

bought mine on temu

I bought this EXACT SAME brooch on temu for.... hold on to your horses... $1.98. It's the EXACT same brooch... not similar, not like, EXACT. This is also not the only brooch that I've found at Macy's also on Temu. There was a snowman brooch as well. If you don't know what Temu is, I suggest you check it out and look up red bird brooch. Mine arrived perfect and I had it on my holiday purse for the month of December and it held up wonderfully. It's a shame you can't attach pictures because I have a screenshot of this brooch on Temu. Has Macy's truly fallen that far and that fast?!?! That the same products it's selling are on Temu.

Disappointed

Arrived broken…. Easy return with refund. If it wasn’t broken I would have loved it. Good size and color with lovely crystal embellishments.

Buy the Ann Cline version. This is junk!

Junk! Purchased this for my daughter's wedding dress. The clasp was unopenable and broke trying to remove it from card. But came to Macy's and replaced it with the Ann Cline version AT THE LAST MOMENT. STRESSED AND UNHAPPY.
