The wreathe is fine but it took forever to arrive. The combination of massive dept stores that are empty of customers and a subpar online experience is why you're closing 65 stores this year.

Never received item

I purchased 5 wreaths for the exterior of my home. Items were missing, which prevented me from being able to hang all of the wreaths on my windows before Christmas. I contacted support several times and was told to wait, and that the missing items would eventually arrive. I was never given a new order number, new tracking number, or any written documentation of a new arrival window. Items never arrived, and now this item is out of stock, so I can't even purchase more ahead of Christmas if I wanted to. Very disappointed with the shopping experience and lack of support from their team.

Classy looking wreath!

I have a large front door with a storm door, so I can't put anything too wide on the door because the door won't close properly. This wreath fit perfectly and looks beautiful. From a distance it looks like a live wreath.

Too much glitter.

Too sparkly. The wreath was great & looked good. But there was/is waaaay too much glitter on it. Which did not really show up in the pictures and was not included in the description. I returned it.
