Cheap plastic not good looking at all

This is cheap plastic and looks horrible. I will not be putting this on my tree. I’m gonna donate this to the Salvation Army.

Terrible Communication Skills

9 out if 10 times when I call I get someone who barely speaks English and they never understand the procedure. I have 2 gift cards because they don’t know how to apply them to my order. I was a very active Macy’s shopper. I now avoidbarely it as a last choice. Even in the store the sales clerk could barely speak English. Very sweet but she had to get help from other sales clerks for a simple purchase.

Great filler ornament

For the price point, you cannot go wrong. It is an adorable prancing, glitter reindeer with a little fur collar that can blend into a tree and provide a whimsical filler spot for a branch. It’s not a complicated purchase, super cute kid friendly, and who doesn’t like a little fur and glitter?

Don't shop at Macy's

Out of 17 christmas ornaments, I only received 3. Macy's fail to notify me that items was no longer available. Macy's is very messy their services are lousy. If I had not reached out to Macy's, I would still be waiting on my items. Very bad review.
