Jeweled ornaments

I ordered 2 of these exclusive jeweled ornaments and they arrived at 2 separate times in individual boxes. I am very disappointed in them. Both were bent almost flat on one side. I don’t know what happened but they must have been shipped knowing they were bent. I would not have bought them in that shape and would return them for a refund but have no way of getting to the nearest store. I would not encourage anyone ordering them online to purchase this item.
