I’m wearing these Women’s fleece pajama bottoms right now. I don’t know why the item presents as Men’s. They are warm and very comfortable. Most mornings, I have a hard time taking them off to get ready for work.

Try again. You sent pj bottoms only, where are the pj tops? Macys online fulfillment process is HORRIBLE, FRUSTRATING, AWFUL. Don't waste your time ordering online from Macys. This is my second try at ordering a set of pjs this month. The first set showed up as shipping to store for weeks. I was given four dif dates of delivery. Gave up, ordered dif pjs. Arrived today and it was pj bottoms only, no pj tops. As if this wasnt bad enough they stuffed smelly perfume samples in the bag. Folks have allergies. Folks have deadlines. People are busy. If Macys cant do any better they need to STOP offering online ordering and STOP wasting customers time. I will be returning the incomplete set of pjs. I will NEVER order nor purchase another item from Macys online or in store.. Terrible, terrible customer service. You won't be in business in another year at this rate.

Ruined by perfume sample card
The PJ pants look cute, but we did not even try these on and are returning them. Our order was shipped with an exceedingly strong perfume sample card so the PJ pants REEK! Another recent clothing order from Macy's (nightgown and bra) had this same issue and it was not resolved by a vinegar soak and multiple washings. I called Customer Service to plead my case and they issued a return label for a refund but, of course, one of my items is no longer available. In addition, Customer Service would not promise to ship the replacement order or any subsequent order to me without perfume sample cards. My only option is to stop ordering soft goods from Macy's unless/until they stop putting perfume sample cards in my orders. I don't want to do that, especially at the holidays, but I am not going to vinegar soak and wash all my brand new items 3 or more times before I get to enjoy them. And I certainly would not risk giving stinky gifts!
