Terrible Service

What terrible service! I'm so disappointed with Macy's. I'm a loyal customer, and I bought this sweater because we have a family gathering tomorrow night for Christmas Eve, and they sent me the wrong size (XL) when I ordered a size L. Now I don't have my outfit to celebrate with my family, all thanks to their mistake.
