Inadequate Packaging

I had so been looking forward to hanging this beautiful ornament on my tree as a reminder of my fabulous trip to NYC and Macy's in Herald Square this past holiday, but rather than risk carrying it home in my luggage, I entrusted Macy's to ship it to me. Imagine my utter disappointment when it arrived in a paper envelope, smashed to smithereens.😭 It was already sold out abd unavailableto replace, so I can only hope they sell this one next year so I can try ordering again.🤞 I would recommend this product because it looks beautiful, and I would also recommend Macy's to pack it in a small carton with a little bubble wrap at the bare minimum. But, it's getting one star due to the fact I don't have one.

Very nice. Good quality. Love getting a Macy's ornament every year. They are always sold out when I go to the NYC location so I have to have to order them. It was packaged very well. I wish they had more at the NYC location and they were packaged like the one I received in the mail. It was packaged. Excellent.
