Unhappy with product or delivery

received only part of delivery today. holiday pillows were not at all charming g, very clunky, coarse, larger than expected. Even worse, both were delivered via UPS in card board boxes that were broken, smashed and partly open !! Very displeased. Obviously will return and send my complaint on.
