Very Disappointed!

I was so excited when I ordered this online and picked it up at the store... Unfortunately, once I unwrapped it at home the nutcracker was broken and now it's sold out so I can't exchange for a replacement! This could have easily been avoided if whoever packed it at the store had carefully inspected the item :-(
