Poor processing planning for the Holidays

Product is great. Shipping company timely. Macy's processing slow and late. This was for our early Christmas on the 13th, ordered on the 3rd and was scheduled to be delivered by the 10th. Did not receive until 15th due to Macy's processing time. This is not Macy's first Christmas season and should be prepared or change the delivery time and at least send a late delivery email.
