Broken ornaments

Received this package today and most of the ornaments were broken. Macy's did a horrible job on the packing! The ornaments were in their original box and then just packaged with normal packaging paper! No bubble wrap or anything to keep them from breaking!

I Ordered these in November, and they were due to arrive on the 4th, then the 6th and I am still waiting and I believe they are lost. the rest of my order was received and I am quite happy with those. Not entirely happy with the lack of communication though.
