Broken ornaments

It supposed to be very pretty ornaments. Unfortunate one piece is broken, the other is chip, I m very disappointed by opening a box to see them not perfect. It must have broken during the delivery with lose packaging inside the box. Hoping to get refund.

Ornament size

The only issue is the picture doesn't make it clear these are large ornaments; I didn't read all the specs to see they're big! I was surprised when they arrive but just decided they have to be at the bottom of my tree.
