Sizing is completely off

The holiday pj’s would fit medium to large folks but not the XL size listed for adult male and females. Measuring against each other there was only a 1/2” variance on each side. Very disappointed since these were Last Act.

Christmas PJ’s

These pajamas are cute, but run small. The fabric feels softer than what I expected. I have tried them on, but not washed them yet, so can’t speak to shrinkage.
