Not packed properly

Do not buy any of the sale items that are ceramic because Macy’s shipping department is just throwing them in a box with no paper, or bubble wrap. And these I just discovered are non refundable even if broken. I will be contacting Macy’s in Lexington, KY. No one should have to pay for broken merchandise. I have to check the other items in this box. It contained the ceramic snowman, this white Santa mugs, and an African American Santa’s mugs. No one should have to pay for broken merchandise even if it’s a final sale. Shipping department is not doing their job. Please don’t waste your money purchasing anything breakable. It will arrive damaged. I will be contacting Macy’s as soon as possible. This is poor customer service.
