disappointed

WOW! I am surprised Macy’s would sell something like this. Macy’s more like an overpriced dollar store. I am definitely going to rethink any future purchases.

This tree looks beautiful online but once you try to unfold the branches all of the hair like trim begins to fall out.

Shameful!!

This 24” tree is and the original price tag is shameful. At $180 you would think the product would look expensive but quite the opposite. Certainly glad I didn’t pay anywhere near that price. The base of the tree is a 2-3” exposed peace of wood with a glob of glue at the base of the tree. There is NOTHING attractive about this! Hideous and I most certainly will be returning this immediately.
