Beautiful ornaments but crappy packaging

These are gorgeous and with the sale price they are a great bargain. However, they are glass ornaments. While beautiful, they were shipped in a larger box without any packaging on the inside and the glass was shattered and ornament box (inside) was crushed. So disappointing. Macys did make it right by replacing the ornaments. Please package delicate and fragile things, so they aren't crushed.
