Never receive item.

I placed the order on 11/10 and never receive the order. I called twice on 11/23, both reps told me they will ship it on a rush to by 11/27. I waited until 11/28 still did not receive it. So I called again. The rep told me they returned my order and reimbursed me since they no longer have some of the items.
