I bought this ornament to be a gift but then decided to keep it for myself. It's larger than I anticipated and a conversation piece.

Wine Bottle Opener Ornament

Disappointed! When I received my package the ornaments were wrapped nicely in tissue and small boxes, when I opened them two of the openers were broken and the third bent with chipped paint. All past orders from Macy’s no problems just this recent purchase.

Received Broken

ZERO RATING. Item received broken in two pieces. The worm piece was snapped off from the handle of the bottle opener ornament and wrapped separately from the handle. So a broken ornament was intentionally shipped. Ridiculous!!! DO BETTER MACYS!!!!
