Sweater never arrived, bad customer experience

I contacted Macys after I didn’t receive the sweater. It was supposed to be shipped to my local Macys for pick up. I was told the sweater wouldn’t arrive, that it was lost in transit. This is after it’s approx 4 days late to arrive. I never got an email from them saying it was lost. I was told I would get a refund in 7-10 business days. Disappointed because if I hadn’t contacted them I’m not sure they would have ever notified me or issue a refund. Won’t be ordering from Macys again.
