NEVER RECIEVED ITEM.

Emails state that I received this item, which I NEVER received! Macy.com re-sent. Delivery VERY poor and not dependable! Starts out as UPS, then is delivered by UPs to USPS, That is where it ALL GOES WRONG! Was designated to be sent to Macy's Belden Village Store, as delivery in the past is unacceptable. Here we go again, USPS will NOT deliver, as we are told they will not get out of the USPS truck!!!! 4 attempts to pick up at post office. TERRIBLE & UNACCEPTABLE!
