Other occasion to buy:I ordered my additional Christmas china very early to ensure they would arrive in time. When they arrived with a broken soup bowl I immediately requested a replacement in time for my dinner and was assured it would arrive on December 23. It didn't!

Ruined Table Setting for Christmas Eve dinner

My order arrived with a broken bowl. I immediately asked for a replacement of the broken bowl. I still have not received the replacement order after being assured it would be here no later than December 23, 2023 in time for my Christmas Eve dinner.
