Package damaged

One of the set items was completely broken with broken pieces all over the box.

Little black specs in the glasses.

I gave this as a gift for a wedding but when I opened the box there were little black specs all over making the glasses look dirty and unappealing. I did not have time to do a return because the wedding was that week but I was very disappointed.
